Terms of Service

1. The service

Fit Patch Wellness provides fitness programming and coaching. Content is general fitness instruction, not medical advice.

There are two memberships. Essentials is the online membership: a personalized dashboard, workout programming, progress tracking, and educational resources, completed on your own schedule. Coached is private one-on-one in-person personal training, available in the Greater Houston area only, in which a Fit Patch coach travels to you.

A “patch” (Level One, Silver, Power, or Recon) is not a separate product and is not sold on its own. Your patch is assigned from your onboarding assessment and determines how your membership is personalized. Nutrition is the one exception: it is an optional paid add-on to an active membership rather than an assignment.

2. Purchases & billing

Essentials and the Nutrition add-on are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the paid period. Upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations are managed in the Stripe Customer Portal.

Coached is sold as a recommended six-week block of either one or two sessions per week, payable in advance for the block or monthly at a higher rate. Coached and single sessions cannot be purchased directly from this site: you submit a request, and Fit Patch confirms your location, schedule, and fit before sending a payment link. When a paid Coached period ends, in-person sessions and membership content stop while your account and past progress remain available to you.

3. Acceptable use

You may not share your account, redistribute workout videos, or attempt to bypass content access controls.

4. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older. Coached and single sessions are limited to the Greater Houston area and require approval before payment. Military and veteran discounts require verification of eligibility. Recon Patch is designed for clients with adaptive, disability-related, or injury-recovery training needs; you are responsible for working within your safe limits and your healthcare team’s guidance.

5. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is.” See the Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver. Nothing here waives rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
