Terms of Service

1. The service

Fit Patch Wellness provides online fitness programming and coaching via subscription. Content is general fitness instruction, not medical advice.

Subscriptions grant access to one or more programs (“patches”), including Level One Patch, Silver Patch, Power Patch, DD214 Patch, Nutrition Patch, and Recon Patch (adaptive and disability-focused training). Details and pricing for each patch are listed on its program page.

2. Subscriptions & billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Trials, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations are managed in the Stripe Customer Portal. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the paid period.

3. Acceptable use

You may not share your account, redistribute workout videos, or attempt to bypass content access controls.

4. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older. The DD214 Patch is limited to verified U.S. military veterans. Recon Patch is designed for clients with adaptive, disability-related, or injury-recovery training needs; you are responsible for working within your safe limits and your healthcare team’s guidance.

5. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is.” See the Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver. Nothing here waives rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
